My name is Amrit, and I am a qualified personal trainer, a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and Sports Massage Association, and a provider of bespoke training, nutrition and sports therapy in Central and North London.
With a background in Shotokan Karate, running and yoga, as well as weight-lifting and strength training, I have developed a great understanding of the human body and what it is capable of achieving; allowing me to focus on the areas you want to improve while maintaining a holistic approach to your overall health and wellbeing.
In order to deliver high-quality, fun, safe and challenging sessions, my bespoke personal training begins with a detailed individual assessment to determine the best approach for you. I then prescribe a progressive training programme, tailored to help you reach your personal goals; from weight-loss, improved fitness or strength building, to learning how to move correctly and avoid injury.
My Sports Therapy builds on the principles of the bespoke personal training – understanding and respecting the body as a whole, in order to achieve the improvements you need to support your health. I am able to pinpoint underlying issues and correct symptoms quickly and easily, as well as recommending corrective exercises to help you continue to invest in your body.
