This little potion helps me start my day the right way.  Supporting the digestive system and keeping the metabolism at its peak are of utmost importance to me.

So here’s a little concoction to try out, I usually make a little shot glass – down the hatch and done!


Half a cup of warm water

1 tspn lemon juice – improves digestion, flushes out toxins

1 tspn apple cider vinegar – aids gut bacteria balance

1 tspn spirulina – great source of protein, B vitamins, iron and manganese

¼ tspn turmeric – great anti-inflammatory, natural healing properties

¼ tspn cinnamon – increases blood flow and boosts metabolism

¼ tspn cayenne pepper – reduces muscle inflammation and improves digestion

Stir all the ingredients together and drink!
