This little potion helps me start my day the right way. Supporting the digestive system and keeping the metabolism at its peak are of utmost importance to me. So here’s a little concoction to try out, I usually make a little shot glass and down the hatch and done!
- Half a cup of warm water
- 1 tspn lemon juice – improves digestion, flushes out toxins
- 1 tspn apple cider vinegar – aids gut bacteria balance
- 1 tspn spirulina – great source of protein, B vitamins, iron and manganese
- 1 tspn turmeric – great anti-inflammatory, natural healing properties
- 1 tspn cinnamon – increases blood flow and boosts metabolism
- 1 tspn cayenne pepper – reduces muscle inflammation and improves digestion
Stir all the ingredients together and drink!
DONE.
