www.amrittandt.co.uk acts as a platform to connect with local clients, potential clients to make enquiries, clients to book onto classes.

Validity, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Blocks of sessions are strictly valid for 3 months?only?for a block of 5 or 10 sessions, and 6 months for a block of 15, 20 and 30 sessions respectively, from the start date of your chosen block. Unused sessions will no longer be valid after that time.

All block bookings must be paid in advance.

All cancellations of sessions must be made with Amrit T & T by phone. ?Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee.

There is a standard no refund policy on all bookings made.

The time slot for any session that is late cancelled will be made available to other Amrit T & T clients and the client will no longer be entitled to that session time.

Clients who do not attend sessions without prior notice will be charged in full for the session and will not be offered the opportunity to move the session. This is deemed a ?no show?.

Amrit T & T reserves the right to cancel pre-booked sessions for clients who Amrit T & T deem to be holding prime booking times but cancel their sessions on a regular basis. Clients will be notified of this at least one week in advance of any changes.

In the event illness inhibits continuation (doctor?s certificate required) we will allow any remaining sessions to be transferred to another person of your choice.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms of use in any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by English law.

General

Participation in any tests and future exercise is voluntary.

You are free to deny consent or withdraw consent at any time after consenting.

It is your full responsibility to inform Amrit T & T of any difficulties you perceive or experience as well as any changes to your physical and medical condition.

Any questions you have about future procedures risks or benefits to be expected are welcome. If you have any reservations or doubts, please voice these concerns and ask for an explanation or clarification.

You consent to being aware of your own health and physical condition and having knowledge that your participation in this program and fitness testing procedures may be injurious to your health and you are voluntarily participating in Amrit T & T ?exercise and nutrition programme. Having such knowledge you thereby release Amrit T & T from liability for accidental injury, illness or death which you may incur as a result of participating in the said programme. You hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said programme.

Amrit T & T will not accept liability for any damage or loss to a Client?s personal property brought into the premises.

Amrit T & T may at any time close the gym or any part thereof, without notice, in order to execute repairs, alterations, accommodate external events, re-decorations or otherwise, or to facilitate gym programmes and on certain holidays.

The purchase of any product by Amrit T & T is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
